7 Things To Do When You're Feeling Sad

Guess who's back? Back again? CLAREY'S BACK! Tell a friend. 

So. How was everyone's August? Mine was CRAP. In fact, it was crapper than crap. Work has been Hell on Earth and I've had a personal life problem which I'm still not totally over but, you know,  life goes on. Heigh-ho. And because I'm currently in the depths of despair, I've decided to do.....

1. Have a good cry. It's nice to get all those feels out of your system. I can guarantee that you will feel 100% better afterwards.
2. Watch something or someone that calms you down. Binge watch Netflix/a box-set! Go to Youtube and put on your favourite Youtuber or TV show clips! (current fave, 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?')
3. If you can, go for a long walk. Fresh air is good for your soul.
4. Take a shower. Stick your face into the water. Inhale the steam. (obvs not when your face is in the water because you will most likely die). 
5. Sleep! When you (finally) drop off, your problems will disappear for a few hours.
6. Eat some chocolate. Or ice-cream. Or pizza. And now I'm hungry. Great.
7.  If you have a blog - BLOG. If not, just write things down to clear your mind. 

Just remember - there is always tomorrow and tomorrow is always fresh with no mistakes in it.
