A Walk in the Park

"Wholesome exercise, in the free air, under the wide sky, is the best medicine for body and spirit."

I had a rather poopy day yesterday, so today I took advantage of the fact that it wasn't raining and I decided to walk into town via the Royal Victoria Park. Sometimes all you need to feel better with yourself is fresh air and a bit of retail therapy.

A rather gnarled looking tree

I stumbled across an 'edible garden' made by the Bath WI and this Union Jack bench and bath tub filled with greenery was part of it.

This tree is going to give me nightmares tonight.

I hope that you all have had a good day today and that you had a chance to get some clean and fresh air.

See you soon xx
